Eligibility:

1. The referral program is open to all existing clients of True North Tutors.

2. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used True North Tutors' services.
    

Referral Discount:

​

1. For each referred client who completes their first paid lesson, the referrer will receive a 5% discount on one student’s tutoring services.

2. The discount will apply until the end of that student's current school year, or until the end of the upcoming June, whichever comes first.

3. Discounts are cumulative up to a maximum of 50% off. Once the 50% discount cap is reached, no further discounts can be earned for the current period.
    

Discount Application:
 

1. The discount will be applied to the referrer’s account after the referred client has attended and paid for their first lesson.

2. Discounts can only be applied to future lessons and cannot be retroactively applied to previous payments.
    

Referral Process:
 

1. To refer a friend, provide their name and contact information to True North Tutors, or have them mention your name when they sign up.

2. Referrals must mention the referrer's name during their initial inquiry or at the time of booking their first lesson for the referral to be valid.
    

Limitations:
 

1. The referral discount applies to one student per referrer, per school year. The discount terminates at the end of the student’s school year, or the end of June, whichever comes first.

2. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
    

Program Duration:
 

1. True North Tutors reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

2. Any referral discounts earned before program termination will still be honored according to these terms.
    

Misuse:
 

1. True North Tutors reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the referral program if they are found to be engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
